Bringing Physical Experience To The Digital World (#SMWF 2012)

Smartphones and tablets continue to strengthen their position as the digital hub for consumers and we are constantly opening new ways of interacting with digital landscape through taps, swipes and likes.

Marco Corsaro and Amedeo Guffanti from 77Agency have shared some interesting cases of their social media and mobile marketing solutions for brands which aimed to transform in-store and in-event customers into broadcasters.

For Guiseppe Zanotti they created iPad app which directly in a store allows customers to discover the shoe collections, browse for new products, watch videos and share their visit with friends on Facebook.

Customer contact info is saved in Guiseppe Zanotti client database which allows to set up continuous relationship with customers and to generate more sales in a future. This instrument facilitating not only sales but also company client relationship strategy.

Campaign already launched across all Guiseppe Zanotti Design stores and helps brand to get to know who exactly they customers are.

Another interesting solution from 77, which they also exhibited on SMWF expo, is Social Machine. Event participants connect their Facebook ID to a RFID card and simply by touching this card to scanner shares their experience on Facebook wall. This is fast and easy way to transfer Facebook “Likes” from the offline world.

77 has already launched such campaign at Italian Tourism Fair 2012 where they got more than 200 posts, reached of 46.000 users and increased in booth visits compared to 2011.

At SMWF 77 treated participants with Social Media Espresso :).
