EuroAccident needed to perform a complete digital transformation of their insurance services. The solution also needed to be integrated with the company’s existing IT infrastructure.

We created an app that helps the users manage every step of the insurance process easily, from making appointments and claims to children insurance management. We integrated the app with the most widespread banking account authorization system to make the in-app authorization and signing documents quick and easy. The app is also integrated with the most popular doctor booking service in Sweden. We removed the paperwork from getting a refund: a user needs to take a photo of the check, fill out a few forms, and click on a button. The app is a scalable and secure solution that was integrated into the company’s infrastructure, and with the external APIs.

Our mobile solution strengthened the relationship between EuroAccident and their customers and partners, increased the internal operational efficiencies by increasing self-service and automating case processing, as well as improved the overall client experience.
